The design celebrates the building’s heritage while adapting it for the future, offering a seamless blend of old and new.

Originally constructed in 1892, 209 Gold Ave has been a key part of Albuquerque’s downtown for over a century. With many uses over the years, the space has been reimagined as a modern mixed-use office, blending its rich history with contemporary design.

The building once featured a traditional "false front," a hallmark of the era, and was part of a block lined with similar structures. Though the original façade is lost, the interior retains historic features like exposed brick and structural details, preserving the building’s character.

The renovation respects these elements while introducing modern amenities to meet the needs of today’s tenants.
