Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time, design-oriented and experienced Architect to join our downtown Albuquerque studio. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, offering quality written and verbal communication, learning new skills quickly, working collaboratively, and handling a wide range of assignments. These include, but are not limited to, supporting / managing various project types and sizes, coordinating design efforts including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions, engaging with clients, managing the client’s budgets, schedules and programs. You will have opportunities to collaborate and assist with estimating fees, determining scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts.

Required Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program or university

  • 10+ years of experience managing non-residential architecture projects, preferably in the public or institutional sector

  • Must be proficient in Revit

  • Active architectural license in a U.S. state

  • Must have experience producing construction documents and specifications

  • Must have a working knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction

  • Must live in or near Albuquerque, NM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project design and project team through all phases of project

  • Ability to coordinate with internal team as well as subconsultants and clients

  • Manage schedule and budget through all phases of project

  • Deliver high-quality documentation and coordination while ensuring compliance with all project requirements

Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Revit Coordinator/Project Designer

We are seeking a full-time, design-oriented and experienced Architect / Architectural Associate to join our downtown Albuquerque studio. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, offering quality written and verbal communication, learning new skills quickly, working collaboratively, and handling a wide range of assignments. These include, but are not limited to, supporting / managing various project types and sizes, coordinating design efforts including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions, engaging with clients, managing the client’s budgets, schedules and programs. You will have opportunities to collaborate and assist with estimating fees, determining scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing non-residential architecture projects, preferably in the public or institutional sector

  • Must be proficient in Revit

  • Must have experience producing construction documents

  • Must have a working knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction

  • Must live in or near Albuquerque, NM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform work involving drafting, site and building investigation, graphics production

  • Perform tasks with minimal supervision

  • Ability to coordinate with internal team, as well as subconsultants

  • Attend meetings with Project Architect or Manager

  • Handle basic detailing and drawing setup/management

  • Monitors and clearly communicates progress, successes, obstacles, and required support for projects

Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
